Star wheels and guides
We are able to manufacture custom-made plastic stars and guides to guarantee even pitch and precise handling of products in your production line.
Our starwheels can be integrated directly into a screw for perfect synchronisation. The plastic guides are designed to support the products in the star, maintaining the desired position.
Sliding / guiding profiles
We manufacture standard and customised sliding profiles for your guidance and support needs in industrial conveyor systems.
Our sliding profiles are manufactured from various plastic materials such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polyamide (PA6), polyacetal (POM) and Teflon (PTFE).
The profile frames are available in galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Straight and curved profiles are also available for precise guidance of chains and modular belts.
Turning units for packaging line
Our plastic turning units are designed to overcome various constraints in your production processes.
They allow products to be oriented or turned.
They help eliminate foreign bodies by rinsing, sterilising or emptying containers before filling (jars, bottles, flasks, etc.).
These turning units are made to measure to adapt perfectly to the shapes of the products and allow rotation from 90° to 360°.
