These modular conveyors are alternatives to pallet chain conveyors (Robur or Flex) or curved belt conveyors.
Characteristics of CMD conveyors
CMD aluminium:
These straight conveyors offer a wide range of widths, from 163 mm to 926 mm.
Their modular aluminium structure simplifies the upgrading of conveyor lines. With a length of up to 35 metres and a load capacity of up to 2000 kg (depending on the belt), these conveyors offer great flexibility.
Moreover, their silent operation guarantees a pleasant working environment, and their design ensures optimum employee safety.
CMD aluminium with roller belt:
This version is fitted with a roller belt offering low accumulation pressure. The short spacing between the rollers means that loads can be handled gently. These conveyors can operate at speeds of up to 50 metres per minute.
In addition, they can operate in both directions, allowing greater flexibility in conveying operations.
CMD stainless steel:
These stainless-steel industrial conveyors offer the same advantages as the aluminium version, but with a modular stainless-steel structure.
This feature makes cleaning easy, which is essential in environments where hygiene is vital. Quiet operation and optimum safety for workers remain key features of this version.
As with the CAB, several different conveyor belts can be installed.
If your lines require product handling, you can opt for a CAB fitted with ball-bearing belts, capable of applying movements as the products are conveyed.
