Faber

Faber Vision and Values

FABER has been offering support to its employees, customers and partners since 1957.

Our mission, driven by a strategic vision, is to invent the world of tomorrow so that it best meets the well-being of our employees and the expectations of our customers and partners.

Respect for the individual and sustainable development are very important factors in the development of our industrial project.

Our mission is, and will continue to be, to please our customers, employees and partners over the long term with an ambitious, dynamic industrial project that helps all our partners to grow.

FABER is committed for the long term to respecting and defending business ethics and fairness in its dealings with partners.

Its sales network, design offices and entire team are attentive to the market to maintain and develop a collaboration that has lasted for over 60 years.

Our approach is always to favour the long term over the short.

We are not interested in passing fads such as very rapid returns on investment or management by stress, which sometimes have painful consequences and are not favourable to the long-term development of companies.

ISO 9001 certification

The Faber company, committed to meeting the expectations and satisfying the requirements of its customers, has undertaken a process of continuous improvement based on the international standard ISO 9001: quality management system.

Faber has been ISO 9001 certified since 1997.

This voluntary initiative is intended to structure our management system around the following objectives: to constantly supply products and services that fulfil requirements, to improve customer satisfaction and to consider the risks and opportunities associated with the organisation’s context.

Plastic granulates certification

Because of its plastics processing activities, Faber is subject to “plastic granulate” regulations under the French Environmental Code L541-15-11. This article of the Environment Code specifies that “sites producing, handling and transporting industrial plastic granules are provided with equipment and procedures to prevent losses and spills of granules into the environment”. The plastic chips we generate are considered to be plastic granules.

As a result, Faber has taken measures to prevent the loss of plastic chips into the environment, mindful of regulations and respect for the environment. This approach resulted in an audit by AFNOR CERTIFICATION to ensure that the regulations had been properly complied with.

The audit led to a certificate of compliance with the regulations, which you can find in the link below.
