Raising/lowering a product
When conveying products on industrial lines, it may be necessary to raise or lower your products. This saves valuable space and makes it easy to adapt to your workspace.
Several solutions are available, depending on your needs.
Industrial spiral conveyor
Industrial spiral conveyors are a possible solution for level changes. Products can be moved up or down a level, without the need for special machinery. This industrial conveyor system saves valuable space.
However, some conveyors are not designed to cope with curved trajectories, and therefore cannot fulfil this role.
Industrial wedge conveyor
For various reasons, it can be useful to have your products mounted during transport.
What’s more, this industrial conveyor system allows you to insert a “pass-through” into your line. This allows operators to move around more easily.
Industrial inclined conveyor
Inclined industrial conveyors are just as conceivable. In most cases, cleats will be required on the belts of your industrial conveyors, to retain the products as they are conveyed upwards. Lateral guides can also be added to prevent your products from falling.
